Consent – pursuant to Article 6(1)(a)of the GDPR – in connection with the organization and implementation of theHungarian delegation to the Expand North Star event, as well as communicationrelated to the program.
By submitting their application, the participant gives their consent.

The participant has the right towithdraw their consent at any time. The withdrawal of consent does not affectthe lawfulness of data processing based on consent before its withdrawal.
By voluntarily providing and submitting their personal data (name, emailaddress), the participant agrees that the Data Controller may record andprocess this data for the purposes of participation in the program andregistration related to the application.

The Data Controller will use thepersonal data in its possession solely for the purpose known to the participantat the time of submission.
The Data Controller does not verify the personal data provided. The personproviding the data, i.e. the applicant, is solely responsible for the accuracyof the information submitted.
